Returns

Returns are a big issue within fashion industry for environmental impact and damage. We are a small business who stands for sustainable consumption, let´s be mindful together! 

You need to make a return? We are sorry to hear, as we always try to give as much information as possible of our products and to guarantee the best quality and fit of the product. 

You have 14 days from receiving the product to notify us and return it if for any reason the product was not suitable for you. All returned must be in perfect shape and packed carefully (preferably in the original packaging) when sending it back to oarre. Return costs are at the customers own expense. 

NOTE: Currently we can only accept returns and no exchanges! We only produce based on our demand, therefore we don't have a big stock on items.

After the returned product have been received back to oarre and quality checked, you will be refunded within 3-5 days. 

Received a damaged product? We are sorry to hear, in this unlikely and unfortunate case please report it to us via email: returns@oarre.com within 3 working days of receiving the order including photos of the damaged product and packaging so that we can investigate it together with the courier to find a suitable solution for the case and that the customer receives a new product.
