Shipping

Currently we ship within Europe*, delivery is FREE of charge on all orders above €50 (applies automatically at checkout) and €5.95 delivery fee on orders below. 

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipping can take up to 2-5 days depending on your country. You should have your oarre piece in your beautiful hands within 5-10 business days from placing the order. 

When the order is shipped you will receive a track & trace code, with which you will be kept informed of the shipment until you have received it. 

Received a damaged product? We are sorry to hear, in this unlikely and unfortunate case please report it to us via email: returns@oarre.com within 3 working days of receiving the order including photos of the damaged product and packaging so that we can investigate it together with the courier to find a suitable solution for the case and that the customer receives a new product.
